		<description><![CDATA[It is strange they can&#039;t get the OS right given how important it is to them as well as how much money, time, talent etc they have spent on it.  But they HAVE done some interesting things with other pieces of software. Even though it is not hip to say so, I am a big fan of Outlook and Excel and the improvements they make with each release. And I have heard great things about Sharepoint.  But I agree, their OS innovation is horrible.]]></description>
